Return & Refund Policy

At Divine Dreams Arts, we take great pride in creating and delivering each painting with utmost care and attention to detail. Every piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos or videos as proof.

  • The artwork is unused, unframed, and returned in its original packaging with all protective materials intact.

Note:
Custom-made or personalized paintings are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork made specifically for you

  • Items that show signs of use, handling, or alteration

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. Return Process

If your item meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@divinedreamsarts.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Attach unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and confirm the return authorization.

  4. Ship the item back using the instructions provided by our support team.

Important: Do not send any item back without prior approval from our customer support team.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • If the payment gateway or bank delays the credit, please contact your financial institution directly.

In case of replacements, we will ship the new artwork once the returned item is received and verified.

5. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We require photo or video evidence of the damaged packaging and artwork. After verification, you may choose between:

  • A replacement of the same artwork (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund of the purchase amount.

We take full responsibility for shipping damages caused during transit.

6. Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been processed or shipped.

  • Custom or commissioned artwork cannot be canceled once the creation process begins.
